- Eligibility: Refunds are strictly granted only if the digital product (e.g., ASJPNET Theme) has not been downloaded, or the requested service has not been initiated. Once a file is downloaded or a technical service has commenced, the purchase is considered final and non-refundable.
- Timeframe: Eligible refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the original purchase date.
- Process: Approved refunds will be credited back to your original method of payment (PayPal). Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
